How long does shipping take?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delays may occur due to special circumstances such as holidays, weather or other natural causes.

US Orders(Ship from US Warehouse):

  • 1-3 business days(Fedex)
  • 5-10 business days (USPS)

International:

  • 15-30 business days

What is your return policy?

Your Kansept knife is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser. We warrant that under normal use, the product shall be free from defects in material and craftsmanship.

Non-Warranty Situations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, or accidents
  • Damage from improper sharpening or maintenance
  • Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel

Important Notes

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to our service center
  • Kansept is not liable for knives lost or damaged in transit

  3. Wait for warranty eligibility confirmation
  4. Ship the product to our designated address (customer pays shipping)
  5. Allow 15 business days for inspection and resolution after receipt

Why was my credit card declined?

A: Common reasons: ① Incorrect card details ② Bank security block ③ Insufficient limit. Try alternative payment or contact your bank.

Why haven't my transaction points been credited?

Our points mechanism is that points will be credited 15 days after placing an order. If there is a refund or other reasons, the points will be deducted according to the actual situation.
