*This return & replacement policy is limited to products and orders purchased on KANSEPT Official Website.
Returns:(US orders only)
Any return product should be in its original brand new and unused condition within 30 days from the date of purchase,and including the original manufacture's packaging & paperwork. We do not accept returns of used merchandise. YOU MAY CANCEL AN ORDER ANYTIME AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, return service is not acceptable.

Refunds (if applicable)
It will take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once we receive the item in its original condition and finish processing your return, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7 working days.
*Note: If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less US$7 to cover our original shipping costs.In addition, the return shipping fee is paid by you(On the basis of need to return due to personal reasons.)
Returning an item with damaged or missing packaging may incur additional fees. You will be responsible for additional charges for returned items with damaged or missing items.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Replacement Service
We provide product replacement & other service for the following situations:
If you received a product with quality problems that affect normal use.
Please send an email to within 72 hours of receiving the items, and the email should include a video showing the defects of the knife and your order number. (Please make sure that the video is attached since it is important evidence to prove the product problem, which affects whether the exchange service can be carried out.) You will be requested to send the item back to us with freight prepaid.
We will provide you with relevant services according to the degree of the problem with the knife.
