About Design

The Quasar was designed as a medium-sized utility pocket knife that balances comfortable ergonomics with unique, curved visuals. Its sweeping lines and exotic handle materials create a futuristic and utilitarian design, while maintaining durability and practicality for daily use. The prominent blade profile ensures exceptional cutting and slicing performance, and the creatively contoured handle provides a secure and natural grip, making it equally suited for precision tasks and hard use. 
The name was inspired by the phenomenon itself, taking from the spiraling high intensity motion exhibited by quasars. This is reflected in the rapid and easy to deploy movement of the blade with its thumb hole and cross bar lock mechanisms.
